Course Description:
This entry-level course is designed to equip individuals with the foundational soft skills necessary for professional and personal success. Focusing on teamwork, communication, customer service, and problem-solving, the course uses interactive activities, real-world scenarios, and guided discussions to enhance participants’ abilities to connect, collaborate, and thrive in any environment.Learning Objectives:

Registration Fee
The registration fee for this workshop is $50 per person for employees of government agencies and $75 per person for non-government agencies. Fee includes any class handouts and lunch. Registration can be paid online, or via invoice upon special request. Please contact cltap@frontrange.edu for questions.
Cancellation Policy
Please be considerate of those on the waiting list, cancel early if necessary. A full refund will be made if you cancel no later than 3 business days prior to the training day; otherwise, you will forfeit the registration fee.
Instructors
Carlson, Heather
Prior to joining CO LTAP at Front Range Community College, Heather developed and managed a professional organizing firm and spent over a decade in the financial services industry, much of which was as a program manager. A Colorado native, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Journalism and another in German Language. She holds both an M.B.A. and M.S. in International Business with a graduate certificate in entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Denver.
Heather is an avid traveler, baker, carpool driver, snowboarder, equestrian and overall outdoor enthusiast. She lives in the metro area with her husband and two children and together we are always searching for their next adventure!
